O aplicativo “Cuidados Paliativos” é um instrumento que auxilia os profissionais da área de saúde a reconhecer os sinais e sintomas apresentados pelos pacientes portadores de doença ameaçadora da continuidade da vida e, portanto, a aliviar o sofrimento e agregar qualidade à vida e ao processo de morrer. Com ele você pode avaliar de maneira prática e rápida a condição funcional do seu paciente por meio das escalas PPS e ESAS.Os Cuidados Paliativos são indicados em qualquer diagnóstico, com qualquer prognóstico, seja qual for a idade do paciente e a qualquer momento da doença em que a expectativa e necessidades não são mais atendidas.
